Welcome to the WAVV – the Viennese Apartmentmanager Association

The WAVV advances the topic of vacation rentals in Vienna providing one voice for all the landlords among other market players. Main goals are a strong lobby for all the members, lots of educational offers and providing a network both among the members as well as with other participants of the touristic market in Vienna.

As we are only operating in Vienna this website is primarily in German. Nevertheless if you are interested in becoming a member of the association or want more information about the assiciation itself please refer to the team of the WAVV. They will be happy to assist you with all your questions.
